1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the zz22 platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between zz22 and its users. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with zz22, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are opening the account for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have not previously been banned or blocked from zz22.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds. zz22 may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time.

3 Account Management

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone, and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented.
• An administrative fee may apply for prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• You may request account closure at any time.

Zz22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice, particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Zz22 supports transactions via major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 300 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually 15–30 minutes, though verification may cause delays.
• Daily withdrawal limit: Specific limits apply and may vary based on account level.

The payment method used for withdrawals must match the identity registered to your account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved. Suspicious transactions may be investigated in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Accepting bonuses and promotional offers from zz22 requires meeting specific wagering conditions. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — funds become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time window; expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses via VPN or proxy may result in account termination.
• Zz22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on zz22 are powered by internationally licensed and certified game providers. Every game outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
• Zz22 is not responsible for losses resulting from playing a game without understanding its rules.
• Winnings from Sports Betting will be credited once the result is confirmed.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.

Zz22 reserves the right to reclaim any funds paid out due to a technical error in a game, even if the amount has already been credited to the account.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Coordinated betting with other players (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

8 Responsible Gaming

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period (temporary break) option is available.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days of receipt.
• In any dispute over a game outcome, server logs will be treated as the final and definitive evidence.
• Transaction records will be reviewed to resolve financial disputes.
• An alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process may be followed with the consent of both parties.

All legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law. By using zz22's services, you agree to this dispute resolution process.

10 Changes to Terms

Zz22 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and may also send a message to your registered email.
